Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.
Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

For Etsy Purchases:
If you purchased an item from my Etsy shop, please handle all returns and questions directly through the Etsy platform.

For In-Person Purchases:
If you bought an item at one of my in-person events and have any questions or concerns, please email me at creationsbylalita@gmail.com.

Returns and Refunds:

Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unused and in new condition. Returns are accepted for items that are defective or not as described.
Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is determined to be defective, in which case I will reimburse the shipping cost.
Refund Process: If a refund is approved, please allow 15-30 days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or by a bank check.
Custom Orders: Please note that custom-made items are non-refundable.
Special Conditions: No refunds will be issued for pan handle covers or pot holders if it is determined they were used improperly over an open flame or hot coils, resulting in damage or fire. These items are safe for use over an open flame but should never be left on the pan when not in use.
