Return and Refund Policy

At Creations by LaLita, every item is made with care and attention to detail. I want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds are handled:

For Etsy Purchases

If your purchase was made through my Etsy shop, please handle all return requests and questions directly through Etsy’s messaging system. Their platform keeps everything organized and ensures both buyer and seller protection.

For In-Person Purchases

If you bought an item at one of my in-person events and have a question or concern, please email me at creationsbylalita@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase date.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, in new condition, and returned with original packaging (if applicable).
Returns are accepted for items that are defective or not as described.

Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is determined to be defective.
If a return is approved due to a defect or mistake, I will reimburse your return shipping or provide a replacement item.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 15–30 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method if possible or my money order.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items are non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.
If there’s an issue with craftsmanship or damage in shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order so I can make it right.

Special Conditions

For safety and product care reasons:

Pan handle covers and pot holders are not eligible for refund or replacement if damage occurred due to improper use, such as:
- Being placed directly on open flames, hot coils, or burners.
- Being left on a pan or pot while not in active use.
  These items are safe for normal cooking use but should never be left unattended over heat.
